[The World is flat after all? Ok, Google Earth is a thrill. But is it going to last?
Google Earth has gained great momentum since I first downloaded a trial version from Keyhole.com one year ago (before it was launched by Google).
GE offers simple souls and professionals like you and me a great new, free way to look at our planet. Just enjoy the view.
But is it anything more than a gadget?
When I realised it was possible to fly over great cities like Los Angeles or New York and see the massive 3D buildings in place (on exact GIS/ GPS location), I just thought, 'O.k. this is here to stay''.
