Should I start publishing these blogs when they are perfectly written => at which point will they be perfectly written?
No.
Let's just sketch-start this blog and refine-edit it on the way! Today is just as good a day to start. Sketching is a way of life. So blogging should be one too - as it mimics life so well. And of course things go wrong: why should they always go right?
Throw the sketch away, feel the freedom and start again. Good old Trial and Error: as often as I indulge myself to do it!
These blogs are just perfect to hear and forget.
